Installation guide for plunger pump (P/N B220301000556) on SANY concrete pump trucks:
Clean mounting surface (Ra≤3.2μm );
Align shaft (≤0.05mm radial deviation);
Secure with 8×M16 bolts (45±3N·m torque);
Prime with ISO VG 68 oil via vent plug;
Connect hydraulic lines (1.6MPa test for 10min);
Check rotation (CW facing shaft end).
Apply Molykote G-5000 grease to splines. Maintain 0.02-0.04mm clearance between drive gear. Ground coil (4Ω resistance verified). Run 30min at 50% load before full operation.
