Preparation:
Clean the crane's front frame and verify bumper flatness (<3mm warp tolerance).
Use bolts and anti-corrosion washers.
Mounting:
Align the bumper with the frame, maintaining ≤3mm gap uniformity.
Tighten bolts diagonally in 3 stages (25 N·m → 40 N·m → 55 N·m) to prevent distortion.
Post-Installation Checks:
Confirm no contact between the bumper and hydraulic lines.
Re-torque bolts after 50 operational hours.
Key Notes:
Replace if deformation exceeds 5mm or cracks penetrate the coating layer.
