Tool Preparation:

Secure the bucket; detach worn teeth by driving out retention pins with a 10-ton hydraulic press.

Installation:
Align tooth's trapezoidal groove with the adapter. Insert OEM retention pins (42CrMo4 alloy steel).
Torque Application:

Apply XCMG-approved anti-seize paste on pin threads.
