Operation Manual for 803420966 Pressure Relief Breather Valve (XE1250 for XCMG Excavator)
Function:
Regulates hydraulic tank pressure (±0.5 kPa) to prevent vacuum/overpressure damage.
Installation:
Mount vertically on tank flange (M24×1.5 threads) using 35–40 N·m torque. Ensure arrow points upward.
Operation:
Activates at +1.2 kPa/-0.7 kPa differential pressure (tested per API 2000). Avoid submerging in fluids.
Maintenance:
Clean bimetal filter monthly with XCMG solvent (PN: SCL-9). Replace if condensation causes >50% airflow reduction.
Critical Notes:
Do NOT disassemble spring mechanism; tampering voids IP66 rating.
-20°C to +80°C operating range; use heated breather (XE1250-HV) below -15°C.
Testing:
Verify 0.8 L/min airflow via manometer (ISO 1217 Annex B).
Warnings:
Clogged valves risk pump cavitation (threshold: >15 kPa vacuum).
Replacement:
Replace every 2,000 hours or if rubber seal hardens (Shore A >80).
