User Manual for 27A2493 Bushing (Liugong Grader)
Application:
Reduces friction between pivot points in grader blade linkage.
Installation:
Press-fit using hydraulic tool (max 15 MPa pressure) into Ø50±0.02 mm housing bore.
Secure with M10 bolts (torque 30–35 N·m) per ISO 898-1.
Lubrication:
Apply lithium-complex grease via zerk fitting every 50 operating hours.
Inspection:
Check for radial wear (>1.5 mm) or cracks every 250 hours.
Warnings:
Never weld or modify bushing-heat above 200°C degrades material.
Replace if ovalization exceeds 0.8 mm.
