Air Filter (P/N: 800101436) in XCMG Motor Graders
Installation:
Mount vertically in the designated housing. Ensure sealing gasket (NBR) is intact. Tighten clamps to 8–10 N·m.
Pre-Operation Check:
Inspect for physical damage or contamination. Verify filter media is dry and clean.
Maintenance:
Clean every 250 service hours using compressed air (≤0.3 MPa). Replace if dust accumulation exceeds 80% of surface area.
Replacement:
Discard when airflow restriction exceeds 6 kPa or after 1,000 hours (whichever comes first). Use OEM-specified parts only.
Environmental Limits:
Operating temperature: -40°C to +120°C. Do not expose to oil mist or water immersion.
Key Notes:
Never operate the engine without the filter.
Store unused filters in sealed packaging (humidity <60%).
