Installation:
Connect battery cables (≥600 CCA) with M10 bolts.
Align starter pinion with flywheel (0.5–1.0 mm gap).
Operation:
Max cranking duration: 15 seconds per attempt; wait 2 mins between starts to prevent overheating (>140°C).
Disengage immediately after engine ignition.
Maintenance:
Clean solenoid terminals every 500 hrs using dielectric grease .
Check commutator wear (<0.2 mm groove depth).
Compatibility:
Use only 24V systems; incompatible batteries may damage armature windings.
Warnings:
Avoid short-circuiting terminals: Arc flashes exceed 10,000 A.
Replace worn brushes (≤8 mm length) promptly to prevent commutator scoring.
