Hydraulic Reservoir (Part No. 250200681) for XCMG Loaders
Material Preparation:
Use cold-rolled low-carbon steel with 2.5±0.1mm thickness, laser-cut to 600×400mm blank.
Deep Drawing:
Form cylindrical shape in 300T hydraulic press, maintaining 1.5mm radius at flange transitions.
Seam Welding:
Apply robotic GTAW with ER70S-2 wire, achieving full-penetration joints. Post-weld stress-relieve at 620°C for 45min.
Anti-Corrosion Treatment:
Zinc-phosphate coating followed by electrostatic epoxy powder.
Quality Control:
Conduct 2.4MPa hydrostatic test for 10min
Verify dimensional compliance with CMM
X-ray inspect critical welds
