Installation Guide for Rubber Hose (Part No. 252910625) for XCMG Loaders
Preparation: Clean mating surfaces on connectors and check for burrs or cracks. Use SAE 30 oil to lubricate hose ends.
Routing: Align the hose without twisting, maintaining a 10-15mm gap from sharp edges or hot components (≥80°C).
Connection: Slide hose over fittings (ID 25±0.3mm) until fully seated. Ensure 20-25mm of overlap at both ends.
Clamping: Install corrosion-resistant clamps (304 stainless steel) 5-8mm from hose edges. Torque to 6-8 N·m using a cross-tightening pattern.
Pressure Test: Gradually apply hydraulic pressure (2.5-3.0 MPa) for 10 minutes. Inspect for bulges or leaks.
Note: Avoid stretching beyond 5% of original length. Replace if surface cracks exceed 2mm depth.
