Hand-tighten T-connector into main port first, then attach branch lines.
Torque to 80±5 N·m using calibrated wrench (DIN 3121).
Align hydraulic lines without axial stress.
Pressure-test at 25MPa.
Check for leaks post-installation (soap bubble method).
Secure adjacent hoses with clamps (10mm clearance min).
Avoid overtightening to prevent thread deformation.
Verify flow direction aligns with marked arrow.
