Air Booster Pump Spare (P/N: 800901152) Installation Guide
Preparation:
Depressurize the air system; disconnect battery. Clean mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol.
Remove Old Pump:
Disconnect air hoses (mark ports for reconnection). Unbolt mounting brackets (M10 bolts).
Install New Pump:
Apply thread sealant (8148-compliant) to bolts. Secure pump to brackets (torque: 25–30 N·m).
Reconnect System:
Attach hoses to correct ports; tighten clamps (torque: 8–10 N·m). Lubricate O-rings with silicone grease.
Testing:
Reconnect battery. Test pump operation at 700–800 kPa; check for leaks with soap solution.
Final Check:
Verify stable pressure within 30 seconds. Reset system error codes if triggered.
