Installation
Mount on anti-vibration bracket using M8×1.25 bolts. Ensure pedal arm aligns within ±2° of factory preset.
Electrical Connection
Use IP67-rated 6-pin connector. Confirm 5V±0.25V reference voltage.
Calibration
Perform zero/full-throttle calibration via ET-09 tool after installation. Cycle pedal 3× from idle to max position.
Operation
Pedal travel range: 0–35° (±0.5°). Avoid liquid ingress – clean only with anhydrous ethanol.
Maintenance
Test sensor output quarterly: 0.5–4.5V linearity (±2% tolerance). Check pedal return spring.
Fault Response
If error code 0x2DF occurs, inspect wiring continuity.
Warnings:
Never apply grease to Hall-effect sensors.
Sudden voltage spikes >6V may damage control IC.
