Pneumatic Connections: Attach air lines to the compressor's outlet port, using thread sealant. Connect the unloader valve to the pressure switch.
Electrical Wiring: Route the 12V power cable to the compressor's solenoid terminal (ensure polarity correctness).
Testing: Reconnect the battery. Start the engine and check for air leaks. Verify pressure build-up (0.7–0.8 MPa within 3 minutes).
Post-installation, inspect belt tension weekly.
