Quarterly Cleaning:
Flush internally with alkaline solution (pH 9–10, 60°C) to remove oil/carbon deposits (SAE J1273).
Biennial Hose Check:
Measure hose hardness (Shore A 70±5 via 7619-1). Replace if exceeding ±10% or showing >1 mm surface cracks.
Clamp Tightening:
Torque stainless steel clamps (AISI 316) to 6±0.5 N·m every 500 operating hours.
Winter Prep:
Apply silicone-based anti-freeze spray (-40°C rated) to connectors pre-winter.
Pressure Test:
Annual hydrostatic test at 0.5 MPa for 10 min. Max elongation: 2%.
