Surface Coating:

Bonded 4 mm AR400 steel plate on contact surfaces. Hardness: 370-425 HBW.
Welding Requirements:
Filler metal: E7018. Preheat ≥100°C for base material. Post-weld stress relief at 550°C.
Environmental Tolerance:
Operational range: -40°C to +120°C. Salt spray resistance: 1,000 hrs.
Note: Reject if cracks >0.3 mm or delamination observed.
