Cleaning Cycle:
Flush with low-pressure air (<0.3MPa) every 50 operating hours. Use SAE 10W-30 detergent for oil residue.
Element Replacement:
Replace filter media at 500-hour intervals. Verify pore size ≤25μm.
Seal Inspection:
Check O-ring (NBR) for cracks monthly. Apply silicone grease if dry.
Pressure Check:
Test differential pressure (<0.15MPa) using calibrated gauge. Replace if ΔP ≥0.2MPa.
WARNING:
Never use gasoline for cleaning. Discard elements with >5mm deformation.
