Operation Manual for Backup Hydraulic Pump (Part No.: 803000069)
Pre-Start Check:
Verify VG 68 oil level (min. 80% in reservoir). Inspect inlet filter and seals for damage.
Activation:
Engage pump via control panel. Allow 30-second warm-up at 500±50 rpm before loading.
Pressure Control:
Adjust relief valve to 25±0.5 MPa using calibrated gauge. Max intermittent pressure: 28 MPa (≤10 mins/hour).
Shutdown Procedure:
Reduce load to idle for 2 mins. Disengage power and close isolation valve.
Maintenance Tips:
Replace suction filter every 250 operating hours. Monitor oil temperature (50–65°C optimal).
Warnings:
Never exceed 28 MPa. Check for leaks after 8-hour continuous use.
Emergency Stop: Press red button to cut power immediately.
