Cast from ductile iron EN-GJS-600-3, heat-treated to 220–250 HB hardness. Internal bore finish: Ra ≤0.8 μm.
Gear Set:
Case-hardened 20MnCr5 steel. Surface hardness: 58–62 HRC; core hardness: 30–35 HRC.
Shaft:
Precision-ground 42CrMo4 alloy, nitride-treated for ≥0.2 mm depth. Runout tolerance: ≤0.02 mm.
Seals:
Fluorocarbon (FKM) O-rings , Shore A 75±5, compatible with VG 68 oil.
Bearings:
Chrome steel , grease-packed with lithium complex.
Surface Protection:
Electroless nickel plating on external surfaces (10–15 μm thickness).
Testing:
Material certificates per EN 10204 3.1. Pressure testing at 1.5×rated (37.5 MPa) for 5 mins .
