Installation:

Pre-Start Check:
Verify VG 46 oil compatibility. Prime system at 0.5 MPa for 10 mins to purge air.
Operation:
Actuate levers smoothly. Max working pressure: 32 MPa. Avoid abrupt directional changes.
Temperature Control:
Maintain oil temperature at 40–60°C. Use cooler if ambient exceeds 45°C.
Emergency Stop:
Engage bypass valve (clockwise rotation) during pressure spikes.
Critical Warnings:
Never operate without pilot filter (β₅≥200). Depressurize system before adjustments.
Routine Checks:
Inspect for leaks monthly. Test relief valve calibration quarterly (25 MPa ±3%).
Prohibited Actions:
Do not mix mineral/synthetic oils. Avoid dry cycling beyond 30 seconds.
Replacement:
Replace cartridge valves every 5,000 cycles or 18 months.
