This suction oil filter employs a multi-stage filtration mechanism to protect hydraulic systems in XCMG cranes (e.g., QY50K/QY70K). Its laser-cut stainless steel mesh captures particles ≥10 μm, while a graded-density fiberglass media traps fines down to 5 μm, achieving 98.7% filtration efficiency. The optimized open-pore design minimizes pressure drop, ensuring uninterrupted oil supply to hydraulic pumps.
Constructed with nitrile-coated steel housing and hydrocarbon-resistant seals, it withstands hydraulic oil temperatures from -20°C to +110°C and operates reliably under 0.6–1.8 MPa system pressures. The anti-collapse inner frame prevents deformation during cold starts or high-viscosity conditions.
It extends component lifespan by reducing abrasive wear on pumps, valves, and actuators. Compatible with hydraulic oils and biodegradable fluids, its quick-release clamp design allows tool-free replacement in ≤15 minutes.
