Processing of SANY Grader Gear Pump (60047358)
Gears are precision-hobbed from alloy steel and lapped for smooth meshing. Pump housings undergo CNC turning with ±0.01mm tolerance. Components are heat-treated (carburizing) for wear resistance. Hydraulic ports are drilled via EDM for accuracy. Post-assembly, dynamic balancing and pressure testing (up to 25MPa) ensure leak-free operation. Seals are installed using thermal compression for durability. Final QA includes flow-rate verification and ISO 4406 cleanliness checks.
