Housing Fabrication:
Glass-filled nylon injection-molded at 280–300°C with 80-ton pressure.
Contact Assembly:
Silver-cadmium oxide contacts riveted to phosphor bronze terminals via pneumatic press.
PCB Integration:
SMT soldering (lead-free) of micro relays (10A/24VDC) on FR-4 substrate.
Sealing Process:
Two-component epoxy potting followed by silicone gasket installation.
Functional Testing:
5,000-cycle endurance test at -40°C to +85°C. Insulation resistance ≥100 MΩ.
Final Assembly:
Laser-etched labeling and vibration testing (20G, 50Hz).
Critical Controls:
Contact resistance ≤50 mΩ.
Dielectric strength: 2.5kV AC/1 min.
