Retaining Ring (P/N: 380300192) in XCMG Motor Graders
Heat Treatment:
Austempered at 320°C for 90 mins to reach 45–50 HRC hardness. Stress-relieved at 200°C for 2 hrs.
Surface Finish:
Shot-peened followed by zinc-nickel electroplating.
Machining:
Wire EDM for slot cutting (width 6.0±0.1 mm). Deburring with abrasive flow (Ra ≤1.6 μm).
QC Checks:
Coordinate measuring for dimensional accuracy. Magnetic particle inspection for cracks.
Critical Controls:
Springback compensation ≤0.15 mm during forming.
Hydrogen embrittlement relief within 4 hrs post-plating.
