Daily Checks:
Monitor oil level and contamination.
Monthly Tasks:
Inspect shaft seals (NBR) for leaks. Torque mounting bolts.
Quarterly Servicing:
Replace inlet filter (2941, replace if ΔP >0.2 MPa). Clean housing with non-abrasive solvent.
Biannual Overhaul:
Check gear wear (Ra ≤0.8μm). Test pressure relief valve at 25±0.5 MPa .
Annual Maintenance:
Flush system with VG 46 oil. Replace all O-rings (FKM-75).
WARNING:
Depressurize system before disassembly. Avoid mixing oil grades .
Testing:
Verify flow rate ≥45 L/min at 2000 rpm .
