Installation:
Mount vertically with ≤0.1 mm/m alignment tolerance. Torque flange bolts.
Hydraulic Connection:
Use hoses (max 25 MPa working pressure). Port P (inlet) must connect to priority valve.
Startup Procedure:
Bleed air by cycling steering 10× at 500 rpm. Check oil temp (10–60°C) during initial operation.
Steering Limits:
Avoid full-lock positions >5 seconds. Max input speed: 120 rpm.
Fluid Requirements:
Use VG 46 oil with ≤25 μm particle size.
Prohibited Actions:
Never exceed 28 MPa system pressure.
Do not disassemble without gear timing marks.
Maintenance:
Replace internal filters every 1,000 hours.
Safety Notes:
Ensure emergency steering function tested weekly.
Environmental Limits:
Operate in -20°C to +80°C ambient range.
Marking:
Arrow on housing indicates pump rotation.
