Steering Unit (Part No.: 803092419)
Pre-Installation:
Clean mounting surface and inspect for flatness.
Alignment:
Secure unit vertically using bolts. Ensure shaft alignment ≤0.1 mm radial runout.
Hydraulic Lines:
Connect Port A (pressure) to priority valve with hoses (25 MPa rated). Use sealing washers.
Lubrication:
Fill gear chamber with 320 ml GL-4 grease (NLGI #2) via side port.
Electrical:
Attach position sensor with 8–12 N·m torque. Calibrate via diagnostic tool (code: SU803092).
Critical Steps:
Prime system by cycling steering 15× at 800 rpm engine speed.
Test relief valve pressure: 17.5±0.3 MPa .
Prohibited:
Do not reuse copper seals or mix oil grades.
Avoid axial force >200 N during shaft coupling.
Post-Installation:
Check for leaks at 22 MPa static pressure (30 min).
