Maintenance Plan for Steering Unit (Part No.: 803079948)
Daily:
Inspect hydraulic lines for leaks; clean debris with cleaner.
Weekly:
Check oil level (VG 46) and top up if below min mark. Test emergency steering function.
Monthly:
Lubricate splines with 20±2g EP-2 grease (NLGI #1). Verify torque on mounting bolts (75±3 N·m).
Quarterly:
Replace hydraulic filter. Test system pressure (15.5±0.3 MPa).
Biannually:
Renew input shaft seals. Check gear backlash.
Annually:
Flush system with VG 32 flushing oil. Validate alignment.
