Installation Guide for Bellows (P/N: 230202403) in XCMG Road Rollers
Steps:
Pre-Installation Check:
Inspect bellows for cracks or deformation.
Clean mating surfaces with non-abrasive solvent.
Alignment:
Slide bellows onto shaft/pipe, ensuring no twist (max 5° misalignment).
Apply silicone grease (NLGI #1) to inner liner.
Clamping:
Position stainless steel clamps 10 mm from bellows edges.
Torque clamps to 6–8 N·m.
Pressure Test:
Gradually increase system pressure to 1.5× operating limit (max 2.5 MPa).
Check for leaks under 30-min hold
Key Notes:
Avoid sharp bends (min bend radius = 3× OD).
Post-installation vibration check: ≤4.5 mm/s.
