Function:
Directs hydraulic flow between circuits (max pressure: 25 MPa).
Operating Guidelines:
Pre-Use Inspection:
Check valve body for cracks/corrosion.
Verify O-rings (NBR) are intact.
Connection:
Align ports with hydraulic lines (stainless steel threads).
Torque fittings to 35–40 N·m.
Actuation:
Rotate lever clockwise for Port A flow, counterclockwise for Port B.
Mid-position blocks all flow (neutral).
Safety:
Do not exceed 120°C fluid temperature.
Avoid sudden pressure spikes (>30 MPa).
Maintenance:
Lubricate lever pivot quarterly (Li-based grease, NLGI #1).
Replace O-rings every 2,000 hours.
Testing:
