Alloy steel (20CrMnTi) for gears/shafts, carburized and hardened to HRC 58-62 for wear resistance.
Bearings:
GCr15 bearing steel with induction hardening to withstand axial loads up to 15 kN.
Seals:
Nitrile (NBR) or fluoroelastomer (FKM) seals (Shore A 70-75, 3601) for oil/heat resistance (-30°C to 120°C).
Lubrication:
Phosphate-coated surfaces or self-lubricating bronze bushings for reduced friction.
All components undergo 6402-2 pressure testing (min. 25 MPa) and fatigue testing (50,000 cycles).
