Extrusion:
Inner tube formed via cold-feed extrusion (temperature: 80–90°C) to maintain precise pore distribution.
Braiding:
Automated 16-spindle braiding machine applies reinforcement layer with tension control (20–25 N/cm²).
Outer Layer:
UV-stabilized CR rubber extruded over reinforcement, with ribbed surface for abrasion resistance.
Vulcanization:
Steam-cured at 160°C for 25 minutes to ensure adhesion between layers (peel strength ≥4.5 kN/m).
Testing:
Airflow tested at 0.15 MPa; pressure cycled 5,000 times (0–0.5 MPa) to validate durability.
Bend radius verified (min. 100 mm) per 4671.
