Installation Guide for Stop Solenoid Valve (P/N: 860132652) in XCMG Road Rollers
Preparation:
Disconnect battery power. Clean mounting surface and inspect valve O-ring.
Mounting:
Align valve body with engine block port. Secure using M8×1.25 bolts.
Electrical Connection:
Connect 24V DC cables to terminals. Ensure polarity matches.
Functional Test:
Restore power. Start engine and verify valve activation/deactivation within 0.5 sec via diagnostic tool.
Sealing Check:
Pressurize system to 0.6 MPa. Inspect for leaks using bubble solution at joints.
Warnings:
Never install without dielectric grease on terminals-risk of corrosion-induced circuit failure.
Prohibit valve modification-tampering voids overload protection.
