Installation Guide for Muffler (P/N: 228700606) in XCMG Road Rollers
Preparation:
Ensure exhaust system is cool. Verify gasket and clamp integrity.
Mounting:
Align muffler inlet with engine exhaust outlet. Insert high-temperature sealant between flanges.
Clamp Installation:
Attach stainless steel clamp 50 mm from outlet.
Post-Installation Check:
Start engine and inspect for exhaust leaks using soap solution. Re-tighten if bubbles form.
Warnings:
Never install with damaged internal baffles-risk of backpressure exceeding 15 kPa.
Avoid direct contact with hydraulic lines.
